Crisis Management Committee
Responsible for developing plans and coordinating responses to potential crises that could impact the church community, including situations like scandals, natural disasters, internal conflicts, major leadership changes or potential violent threats or actions occurring on church property - aiming to protect the congregation, maintain public reputation, and guide the church through challenging times with a focus on spiritual support and community cohesion.
