    Our Good Samaritan Ministry is spearheading a School Supply Drive for the students of Aiea Elementary. Donations of any of the following items would be greatly appreciated: back-packs, bottled glue, glue sticks, composition books, crayons, colored pencils, mechanical pencils, pencil boxes, pencil sharpeners, water colors, expo markers, highlighters, clip boards, headphones, paper towels, Clorox wipes, tissue boxes and slippers (all sizes). Your donations may be left in the bins at the entrance to the church or you can bring them to the parish office.

    "Mahalo nui loa" for your support of the Seminarian Education Fund. The Diocese Office of Vocations is grateful for your contribution from all the parishes. This second collection helps to cover the education costs of our seminarians who are preparing for ministry as priests, serving the faithful of the Honolulu Diocese.

    The EDGE invites all middle school youth to join us for an exciting way to learn about our Catholic Faith. Registration and Cookie Corner fundraiser will be Sunday, August 4.

    • St. Elizabeth Parish School is accepting applications for all grade levels, Pre-School through 8th Grade, for the 2019-2020 year. Our school is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and by the Western Catholic Educational Association. For more information, call our school office at (808) 488-5322.     Our parish seeks boys and girls ages 5th grade through high school to become altar servers, assisting our priests at weekend Masses. Training will be provided. This is an awesome way to serve the Lord and our parish community. Call the parish office at 487-2414 x31 or send your email to Father Arnold at to have your name placed on our list and we'll get back to you with a date and time for the training, probably a Saturday morning in late August.     In 1633 the Oberammergau villagers in Belgium promised to perform the suffering, death and resurrection of Christ every tenth year, in so far as no one was to die of the plague anymore. The villagers were answered by God and therefore in 1634 the first Passion Play took place. The promise has been kept until today.
