    This second collection will be for the Catholic Campaign for Human Development. Over 46 million people in the United States live in poverty. This collection supports programs to empower people to identify and address the obstacles they face as they work to lift themselves out of poverty.     The Respect Life Ministry of the Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of Peace invites you to a special video presentation on "Abortion Loss & Unresolved Grief." This educational series contains 8 DVDs. Learn from professionals in the field and receive valuable insights on this important subject.     The Permanent Deacon Formation Program is directed at preparing men spiritually, academically and pastorally for ordination and to assist the Church in its mission of salvation of souls. Men who are called and chosen will be formed and sent to teach, to guard and to bear witness to, and to serve Holy Mother the Church through the example of their lives and their ministries of Word, service and charity.
